Supply necessary content, files, and approvals in a timely manner
Make payments as per agreed schedules
Not use delivered work for unlawful or harmful purposes

3. Payments & Invoicing

Payments must be made via approved payment methods as outlined in our invoices
Late payments may incur penalties or delayed delivery
Certain projects may require upfront deposits

4. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are included unless stated otherwise in the contract
Any major changes beyond the original scope will be subject to additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

All custom work is the property of Innovative Hub until full payment is received
After full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared business information, strategies, and materials

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services
We do not guarantee specific results for digital marketing or SEO performance

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice
Work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

Innovative Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms..
